This footage is from a flight I recently had into Mamit with a load of pipe and other supplies.  The pipe is for a hydro project in the village to help supply electricity, from the near by mountain streams.  The other supplies were a mix of building materials and food.  This is also the same day as point #4 in the previous blog.  Departed Sentani with a good weather report in Mamit, about 2/3 of the way out I received another report that Mamit had fogged in.  I took a look at a couple other airstrips close to Mamit but they were all fogged in too, so off to Wamena to wait and add some more fuel.
